Thomas Porter is an American physician and cardiologist. He is the Theodore F. Hubbard Distinguished Chair of Cardiology and professor of Medicine at the University of Nebraska[1] (not to be confused with the Section Chief). The Section Chief is the highest ranking cardiologist but Dr. Porter, a Professor, was assigned to the Hubbard Chair after the Hubbard family donated a lot of money.
He has his doctor's degree from the University of Nebraska in 1984 and was a resident and fellow at the Medical College of Virginia.
